The role of the CIC is to seek to empower PWAs to be: full partners in their health care; educated about available services and opportunities to enhance their lives; and articulate about public policy related to HIV. The CIC will serve as an advisory body to RATFA, Inc. on service and policy matters that affect people living with HIV. The Chair of CIC will be selected by the Committee, and must be subject to ratification by the general membership of RATFA, Inc. This committee meets the 4th Tuesday of the month at 12pm at the Finger Lakes Health Systems Agency, 1150 University Avenue. Committee minutes will be forthcoming shortly.
