FINGER LAKES HIV CARE NETWORK RAY OF HOPE COMMITTEE
The role of the Rays of Hope Committee is to facilitate the empowerment of people of color around issues of HIV/AIDS, including, but not limited to, services, prevention, and policy. The Committee will reach out to communities of color to increase their participation in all aspects of RATFA, Inc. This committee meets the 4th Thursday of the month at 9:30am at AIDS Rochester's Syringe Exchange center on 416 Central Avenue.
