Action for a Better Community: carries out programs touch upon the health, education, safety, employment, and housing of our region's families, individuals, teens, and toddlers.
AIDS Community Health Center: works to provide early and aggressive, comprehensive, community-based health care in an effort to achieve the highest possible quality of life for persons living with, or affected by, HIV/AIDS.
AIDS Rochester: leads a compassionate community effort within the eight county Finger Lakes region providing a continuum of programs and services including education, prevention, advocacy and support services for people infected with and affected by HIV/AIDS.
Anthony L. Jordan Health Center: offers a variety of services; specifically for HIV/AIDS the Center offers HIV testing in a caring and confidential environment and emotional support provided by professional counselors who are on-site to help patients understand the test and the results.
Arnot Ogden Medical Center: a community hospital with selected, highly specialized services, operates as part of a high-quality healthcare delivery system that serves Chemung County, New York and the Twin Tier region of New York and Pennsylvania.

Metro Countil for Teen Potential: is a membership coalition that promotes a comprehensive community-wide approach to foster youth assets and youth health.
MOCHA Project: provides HIV/AIDS education/outreach, and community development for men of color who are identified as gay, bi-sexual or men who have sex with men (MSM) or young men who have sex with men (YMSM).
Monroe Plan for Medical Care: is a health care management organization that improves health outcomes and reduces disparities for low income and working poor individuals and their families.
PathStone: is a not-for-profit community development and human service organization providing services to low-income families and economically depressed communities throughout New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Ohio, Indiana, Virginia, Vermont, and Puerto Rico.
Perinatal Network of Monroe County: offers services to health and human service providers as well as to pregnant and parenting women and their families.
Step by Step: works to assist women who are, have been or are at risk of being incarcerated to claim their gifts and strengths as the foundation on which to rebuild their lives.
Threshold Center: is the only comprehensive service provider for youth and young adults in the Rochester area. Threshold offers several programs and services, closely integrated to serve the multiple needs of at-risk youth including family planning, a high school equivalency program, vocational programs, computer training, substance abuse prevention counseling, individual and group counseling, health education and community outreach.
University of Rochester Medical Center AIDS Center: is dedicated to providing high quality, comprehensive, multidisciplinary care to persons living with HIV and their families.

Balm in Gilead: mission is to improve the health status of people of the African Diaspora by building the capacity of faith communities to address life-threatening diseases, especially HIV/AIDS.
Council of Religious AIDS Networks: is an affiliate of US Religious groups with the common mission to be an open and respectful forum that empowers and mobilises communities in response to the global HIV/AIDS pandemic.
Faith In Action: brings together people of many faiths to help their neighbors in need. Faith in Action volunteers shop, cook, drive or just check in on the millions of Americans with long-term health needs.
National Catholic AIDS Network: assists the Church in recognizing the pain and the unique challenges inherent in the HIV/AIDS pandemic and in living out the Gospel mandate by offering compassionate support, education, referral and technical assistance.
National Episcopal AIDS Coalition: offers support for caregivers, give guidance on prevention, encourage the growth of a network for those who minister to those affected by HIV/AIDS, and advocate for a more compassionate AIDS policy.
National Muslim AIDS Initiative: works to raise awareness within Muslim communities, to increase the sensitivity of key non-Muslim agencies such as hospitals and service providers, as well as non- Muslim caregivers (including relatives and friends who frequently care for Muslims with HIV/ AIDS), to a Islamic customs, concerns and institutions, and to assist Muslim agencies in AIDS impacted areas to secure appropriate government and private HIV/AIDS funding.

Public Interest Law Of Rochester: is a not-for-profit law firm providing high-quality, free civil legal services. PILOR is committed to enhancing the economic conditions and protecting the civil rights of the low-income community of Greater Rochester through individual representation and systemic advocacy.
Volunteer Legal Services Project: is a program that provides free legal help to low-income residents of Monroe County, NY facing non-criminal legal problems. VLSP's services are provided by private attorneys who donate their time and talent to ensure that low-income people have access to the justice system when faced with serious legal problems.

Vaccine Trials
HIV Vaccine Trials Network: is an international collaboration of scientists and educators searching for an effective and safe HIV vaccine. The HVTN's mission is to facilitate the process of testing preventive vaccines against HIV/AIDS. Our organization conducts all phases of clinical trials, from evaluating experimental vaccines for safety and the ability to stimulate immune responses, to testing vaccine efficacy.
International AIDS Vaccine Initiative: works to ensure the development of safe, effective, accessible, preventive HIV vaccines for us throughout the world.
