RATFA Code of Conduct            In order to help meetings and members be productive as they work towards stated goals, the following rules are to be followed for all committees, meetings, and groups that gather to conduct business for RATFA Inc, or the Ryan White Network.   Respect the group   -                  Be on time -                  Allow time for others to comment  -                  Avoid side conversations -                  Do not swear or use profanity -                  Stay on task -                  Follow through with agreed upon tasks   Respect the members   -                  Welcome other points of view -                  Stay open to other’s values and experiences -                  Disagree with points or opinions without attacking the person -                  Focus on issues, not personalities -                  Do not disclose information about others   Respect the leader   -                  Follow the agenda -                  Honor the leader’s decision to move on -                  Honor the leader’s decision to invoke the 3 minute rule on individual comment (create a parking lot for future discussion)  -                  Agree to leave if the leader decides that the goals of the group are not being served by your presence at this time   Respect yourself             ** If you feel that you have not been treated fairly, use the grievance procedure outlined in the bylaws **
